Hygine Awareness at Sankalp-ghar-ghar-shiksha :
"An interactive session on "Child Sexual Abuse and Women Safety" was successfully conducted on the eve of Human Rights Day, 10th of December. Every human being has an equal right to live and breathe freedom. The society that we live in still differentiates between a girl and a boy because the change will not come suddenly; it asks for endeavors and that is what we are trying to do, with our "Sankalp". The girls who study at Sankalp were given information regarding basic hygiene and menstrual health so that they can be confident enough to walk with the progressive society. The related issues with female safety and women abuse were discussed with the students."

Orientation Program at Sankalp-ghar-ghar-shiksha :
"An orientation program for batch 2k18 organised by SANKALP-NSS.The orientation program focussed on the need to educate and give mentorship to student who aren't provided the facilities,that even includes basic education. Sankalp believes that Education is not a need for those students,its their birthright and for people like us who can contribute some,Its our responsibility to help them,to motivate them,to bring them out of that social boundary where they are limited to work and earn just to live life.Through,the powerpoint presentation, Sankalp mentors explained the newly arrived batch-2k18 that we need to fulfill our duties and what can be the best way other than sharing your knowledge."

Teacher's Day Celebration at Sankalp-ghar-ghar-shiksha :
" "The whole art of teaching is only the art of awakening the natural curiosity of young minds for the purpose of satisfying it afterwards." On the eve of teachers' day, Sankalp celebrated the occasion with zeal and joy.After the small program presented by the students at Sankalp,who showcased their talent and gratitude towards their teachers, it was followed by the prize distribution among the kids for the various Academic categories. The children were also provide with stationary and copies, commemorating the love and teachings Dr. S. Radhakrishnan."

"There is no good in goodbye " , with this line we say you , we are going to meet again. We celebrated farewell of our respected 2k13 seniors on 8th april,2017 at Sankalp-Ghar Ghar Shiksha Ka. Childrens and mentors performed for the farewell day that included Dance,Singing and Speeches. The seniors shared their experience and motivated us for a better future.

Blanket Distribution by mentors of Sankalp-ghar-ghar-shiksha :
In the freezing January night, when the entire city people have their sweaters, monkey-caps and mufflers with a hot cup of tea (which they enjoy holding instead of drinking), there are few under-privileged who cannot afford even a blanket. Team SANKALP-NSS distributed blankets to the homeless people nearby campus.

On the day of Diwali,Students and Mentors of Sankalp-ghar-ghar-shiksha distributed handmade cards to the security guards of NIT-Patna.Sankalp-ghar-ghar-shiksha feels that staying away from their home for our safety,they are doing great job.To make them feel homely and special,we organized card distribution programme.And Yes!!Sweets with cards was a great combination :)

Diwali-festival of lights and Sankalp-ghar-ghar-shiksha aims to bring all that lights and help students to light their future.Childrens from class 1 to 10 along with the mentors(students of NSS-unit-NIT Patna) celebrated diwali with great pomp and joy.Childrens made cards for the security guards of NIT Patna trying to make them feel like home on Diwali.A small initiative but with a big heart..

It was the support of our teachers,especially Dr. Kamini Sinha ma'am,Prof. S.K Verma sir and Arch. A.K Mandal sir that we were able to organize such a event for our new freshers-2k16.The orientation program focussed on the need to educate and give mentorship to student who aren't provided the facilities,that even includes basic education. Sankalp believes that Education is not a need for those students,its their birthright and for people like us who can contribute some,Its our responsibility to help them,to motivate them,to bring them out of that social boundary where they are limited to work and earn just to live life.Through,the powerpoint presentation,Sankalp mentors explained the newly arrived batch-2k16 that we need to fulfill our duties and what can be the best way other than sharing your knowledge. This year we recieved more than 235 applications out of which members will be selected according to their enthusiasm and merit.We will also like to thanks all the present member of sankalp for their dedication and hard work.So 2k16 , be prepare to educate someone for your satisfaction".

A student from JNV-Batch of Sankalp is admitted in "Jawahar Navodaya Vidhyalaya" in Class Vl :
A special batch is formed in Sankalp to prepare students to get admitted in Jawahar Navodaya Vidhyalaya where deserving and hardworking children are prepared for the entrance exam by the alumini of JNV. This chapter of Sankalp has been succesful in getting a child named Shivani Kumari to get admiited in Class VI this year.With this, we have moved a step further in fulfilling "नवोदय का संकल्प".

A student of Class VIII got selected in FIITJEE Fortunate 40 Program and got 100% scholarship for four years:
This year itself another student has succesfully cleared the entrance test of FIITJEE, a reputed coaching institute for JEE preparations with 100% scholarship.He would be provided free tutions and lodging by the institute for the four years of his preparation. We wish him a bright future ahead !

Students of our organisation put up a great show by their performances at the Teachers day event which was held in the presence of Prof. Saurabh Tripathi (Programme Officer-NSS) as chief Guest. The students performed various acts like dance, singing, drama etc.
